1. Accepted Payment Instruments
TripForIndia processes all payments through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (including Razorpay). We accept:
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all bank UPI apps.
- Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express.
- Internet Banking: Over 50+ scheduled Indian banks.
- NEFT / RTGS / IMPS: Direct transfer to official TripForIndia current bank accounts upon manual sales quotation.
2. Advance Payment vs Full Payment Structure
Tour packages on TripForIndia feature an admin-configured payment structure:
- Advance Deposit: Secures immediate room blockings and vehicle reservations. Calculated either as an admin-set percentage (e.g. 25% or 30%) or a fixed deposit.
- Balance Remittance: Remaining amounts must be settled 15 days before the departure date via the customer dashboard or payment link.
3. Zero Client Trust & Verification Security
To protect travelers and our operations against financial manipulation:
- All pricing calculations (including base fares, GST, coupons, and advance dues) are computed and verified server-side.
- No booking is marked paid or confirmed based solely on client-side status. Verification requires cryptographic HMAC SHA-256 signature verification and asynchronous gateway webhooks.
- Card details, CVVs, or net banking passwords are never transmitted to or stored on TripForIndia servers.
4. Applicable Taxes
All tour package bookings are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian tax laws, explicitly calculated and itemized on your final checkout statement and tax invoice.
