Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Contract & Confirmation

A binding booking contract between the traveler (“Guest”) and TripForIndia (“Company”) comes into existence once an online reservation is submitted, the requisite advance deposit (or full payment) is verified by our payment gateway, and an official booking reference number is issued.

2. Advance Deposit & Payment Schedule

TripForIndia provides flexible payment models configured on a per-package basis:

• Percentage Advance: An initial non-refundable administrative deposit (typically 25% to 30% of the total tour cost) is required to lock in accommodations and private vehicle allocations.
• Fixed Deposit: Fixed token amounts (e.g. ₹5,000 per booking) where specified in the package description.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Failure to remit the balance by the due date may result in automated reservation release under standard cancellation terms.

3. Identification & Documentation

All guests must carry original, government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID for Indian citizens; valid Passport and Indian Visa for foreign nationals) during the entire duration of the tour. Certain restricted regions (e.g., Ladakh, Andaman tribal zones, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh) require special permits arranged in advance.

4. Price Inclusions & Exclusions

Only services specifically itemized under the “Inclusions” section of your booking voucher are provided. Personal expenses, room heaters, horse/pony rides, adventure sports permits, tips, laundry, and unmentioned meals are strictly payable directly on site.

5. Force Majeure & Itinerary Modifications

TripForIndia reserves the right to alter route sequences or substitute hotels with properties of equal standard in case of unforeseen circumstances such as roadblocks, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
